Rachel & Hannah talk to Dr. Joshua Black, grief dreams researcher
and co-host of The Grief Dreams Podcast (@GriefDreams). Joshua
shares a few interesting dreams: one with a river and a wise man,
one about a muddy path and dirty water turned clean, and a grief
dream about seeing his deceased father again. He also shares
insights from his research into grief dreams: common themes, how
often these types of dreams occur, and their possible meanings. We
also revisit Cara’s home dream and Joshua shares a bonus dream from
his research, a dream which the dreamer believes saved her
life.
